A new regulation for data roaming (data consumption abroad) is effective 1 March 2010. This regulation has been imposed by the EU (European Union). It states that every customer must indicate a cost limit for data roaming. Customers are also entitled to receive a warning when they reach 80% of their reported limit.

Unfortunately, Lebara Mobile is unable to meet this requirement due to technical reasons. Therefore, effective 1 March 2010, Lebara Mobile has been forced to terminate data roaming for all its prepaid customers. In concrete terms, this means that you can no longer use the following services while you are abroad:

Please note! This does not apply to SMS. SMS messages can still be sent and received abroad.

Termination of switch through and blocking services

Effective 15 March 2010, a number of services will be terminated for technical reasons. The following switch through and blocking services apply.

Which switch through services will be terminated?

All your incoming calls to your mobile number can no longer be switched through automatically to another number.

You can switch through your incoming calls to another number in specific situations. Various switch through numbers are used for this. The following situations apply:
